Clinical Check-ins - Current Reminders

Last set of check-ins are happening this week!  Please ensure you book your appts ASAP if you haven't already done so!

**IMPORTANT** Part of this activity that often gets forgotten about is the forum follow up AFTER the check-in has taken place, where you confirm you have read the summary of the call. Once you select your time slot for this check-in, also SET AN ALERT on your phone or similar device, for the date you have selected, reminding you to follow up to this activity. You are responsible for making sure this additional piece doesn't get missed.

Please note the informal 'due date' I have for forum follow ups is one week from the check-in date.

Thank you!
